3. Bookings & Cancellations

We require accurate contact details and vehicle information at the time of booking.

Please ensure your van or trailer is safely accessible and parked on a level surface for servicing.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a call-out fee.
4. Pricing & Payment

All pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking or after an inspection (if required).

We accept payment by cash, EFT or other agreed methods at the time of service completion.

5. Warranty & Liability

If you experience an issue after service, please contact us within 14 days so we can inspect and resolve the issue where appropriate.

We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, customer-supplied parts, or damage caused by failure to maintain your caravan or trailer between services.

6. Customer Responsibilities
